PLANTATION GRANGE, SINGAPORE 

Together with his team of Architects back in Surbana Jurong, Ar. Jonathan Lim's design for the Plantation Grange emerged winner after a grueling 2-stage Express of Interest (EOI) competition conducted by the Housing & Development Board.

Apart from Waterway Sunrise & Punggol Point Cove, Plantation Grange is the 3rd design competition project which Ar. Jonathan Lim has won with his team during his stint in Surbana Jurong.

Plantation Grange is one of the 6 Districts planned in Tengah, the newest Township of Singapore. 

Weaved together into the new urban fabric and beyond this conformity, each precinct, with its interplay of style, texture and colour, produces lucidity and not anarchy, adds vibrancy and breaks the monotony of Tengah Plantation in order to create collective benefits. Conceived as a Tapestry of Courtyards Weaved together by Plantation Patterns forming a New Urban Fabric for Tengah Plantation.
