This semi-detached house at Upper East Coast Road Singapore is a project by a local developer. The design has gone through a UIUX design process, spotlighting a 20m long swimming pool beside a poolside bar below a floating staircase where drinks and food are served for your very own private pool party right in your own home!
Total 5 storeys in total, it allows entertainment of guests at both Level 1 and Level 2 equipped with wet kitchen, dry kitchen, pantry, living room and entertainment room.
