Co-facilitated yet another successful 2-days Human Centred Innovation (HCI) workshop with Singapore Polytechnic User Experience Centre (UXC).

This week, we hosted 21 officers from the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Singapore (MSF), guiding them on how User Experience (UX) Design could value-add the daily operational needs of their work to serve their Clients better!

UX Design is applicable not only on Architecture and Products. It is also extremely useful especially on improving user interface and processes, to bring about a much seamless and hassle-free workflow. 

Kudos to all 21 MSF officers for graduating from this intense workshop of mind-blowing group work, discussions and assignments. I'm heartened to know that these valuable skills will eventually bring much greater value and positive impact to the society in many years to come!
