Investing in the Next Generation of Built Environment Leaders

At Archtur, we believe that shaping the built environment extends far beyond designing buildings. It is equally about investing in people.

We are honoured that our Principal Architect, Ar. Jonathan Lim, was invited to attend the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) Faculty Appreciation Event 2026, held at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, in recognition of his continued service as Associate Faculty.

For the past two years, Jonathan has been teaching BPM203 – Construction Project Management, guiding aspiring built environment professionals through the practical realities of managing projects, stakeholders, risks, procurement, contracts and project delivery. The course bridges academic learning with industry practice, equipping students with the competencies required to navigate an increasingly complex construction landscape.

The Faculty Appreciation Event celebrates educators who contribute significantly to the learning journeys of students and to the wider SUSS teaching community. It also reflects the University's commitment to lifelong learning, applied education and creating meaningful impact through its faculty.

For Archtur, education has always been an extension of practice.

Every lecture, classroom discussion and project critique is an opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and industry realities—sharing lessons learnt from architectural practice, project delivery, client engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration.
