Lines to Reality - Landed Homes Dream Come True

Updated: Oct 28

It is when the night falls, my client meeting ends, the last worker leaves, the sudden quietness, all by myself with this masterpiece, a sudden flashback comes to mind - how the lines I've drawn now becomes a reality, impacting the urban landscape down to the lifestyle of its occupants.

Being an architect, the chief builder, is definitely not a bed of roses. Helming the project comes tremendous responsibility over Client's brief satisfaction, project timeline and cost management, contractor's performance, material and structural solution, interior design compatibility, authority compliances and many more.

But these are also the very reasons why I love my job running Archtur - to see my product stand high and tall everytime I pass by, witnessing how lives improve, people enjoying every moment of the spaces I designed, the architecture-turned-property that transcend beyond many generations to come, is priceless.

Onwards to more greater satisfaction as I wrap up many upcoming TOPs and handover these houses to my Clients. Wishing them an enjoyable stay and home sweet home!
