Project Overview
The TMCC Driving Range Expansion is a leisure infrastructure redevelopment project located within an active golf facility in Singapore. Archtur was appointed to provide architectural and spatial consultancy services for the expansion and upgrading of the existing driving range facilities on land unaffected by upcoming lease expiries.
The project required a careful balance between immediate operational needs and longer-term planning uncertainty, within a broader context of evolving land-use strategies affecting golf facilities in Singapore.

Rather than a greenfield development, the project involved targeted intervention within an operational site. Archtur’s role focused on ensuring that architectural improvements delivered immediate functional value while remaining adaptable to future planning directions.
