The Inter Terrace Made Possible to House 4 Multi-Generational Families

This project is a 4 storey inter-terrace house designed to house 4 multi-generational families, 10 family members in total. Each family will occupy one level while all living under one roof.

​

Connected by a home lift, privacy and self sufficiency is taken care of while making sure each family daily routine doesn't cross path with one another unnecessarily. During family gathering, all families are still able to get together to share common facilities.

Close coordination is made between each family to ensure the design is sound and appropriate to all.
