Sprucing Up a 25 Year-Old Backbone Office of SGX Building

 

The backbone Building Management Office (BMO) of SGX Building deserves a face-lift after 25 years of supporting the operation of the property.

Through careful planning and segregation of zones, the BMO is equipped with a public waiting area where tenants could wait for their turn to be served over the reception counter during visits. Cubicle office desk are now chucked and make way for hot-desking and a brand new 12-seater meeting room.
